Is computer misuse a big problem? We don't like to scaremonger, but statisics show that every business will be suffering from some form of computer misuse by staff. The level of this misuse may be acceptable to some companies, but in others it may represent a significant problem.
I think I have a problem, but I do not want people to know about it, what can I do? Absolutely no problem, Datadigger can tailor its service to your needs. We can operate out of business hours, discretely and if required specifically in relation to an identified computer.
Is my data safe with you? Definately, any data held by Datadigger is in an encoded format and then placed on encrypted media.
Can I as an employer check staffs computers? Yes you can, there are guidelines however and for that you need to refer to your own IT policy. Please read our section on IT policy if you have any concerns. We also have association to employment law specialists, call us if you require further information.
Is the service expensive? We believe not, consider that you can have a computer previewed for as little as £50, then you will agree this represents great value. The analysis services are priced on a job by job basis, these are considerably more time consuming and therefore more expensive.
Can I send you a suspect computer? Yes, contact us to discuss a secure courier service and we will make the arrangements
